If you are buying on behalf of a registered charity and you provide us with your charity registration number, we can supply collection boxes and buckets at prices excluding VAT.
To buy using a charity account for charities registered with the Charity Commission for England or Wales:
If you haven't already registered for an account on our website, create one here or by clicking Login/Register at the top of any page. It is important that you empty your basket before logging in or registering. When registering you should tick the box to indicate that you are a registered charity and you will be asked to enter your Charity Registration Number. You then need to click on the Verify Charity Number button. Your charity number will then be checked and verified.
When you proceed with adding items to your basket, you will automatically see VAT exclusive price for eligible products if you are logged in. VAT will still be applied to the delivery charge and any other items apart from collection boxes and buckets.
